When having people over for dinner, I love focusing on beautiful dishes to make the evening special. My Assortment Trey has constantly been my go to welcome Thing. With a mix of nuts, dried fruits, cheeses, jams, olives, pickles and cold cuts I’m sure everyone will find something they like. In terms of cheeses, there’s no need to get specific about the exact type, but I would go for basic brie, a blue cheese, a yellow cheese and a white cheese, try picking a strong and a subtle cheese for contrast. For cold cuts salami and smoked turkey will do. Pick your favorite nuts and dried fruits, everything goes, and finally a mix of crackers.
